The Journey

Truly, Truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone. But if it dies, it bears much fruit. - Yeshua HaMashiach

It is my hope and desire that the content provided here both Honor's and Glorifies Elohim and that you will find this website and the content provided a blessing.

To my Elohim, for being there since before the day of my birth, for the Dreams You gave me along the way, first as a child, for the Favor and Protection You provided me all along the journey, may the rest my life be a witness that brings only Glory and Honor to Your Name.

This piece of scripture has been with me since my early twenties. It was the idea that if I wanted more of God, I would have to die.

Back then, I didn't really understand the spiritual significance of that idea and I struggled much with it for many years.

Today, part of that better understanding that I have of this piece of scripture is that the only possible outcome for the one who does not choose to die, is that they will forever remain alone.

My introduction to Christianity was first with the "Assembly of God" denomination and a Christian mind set of a Dispensational Protestant Pentecostal.

That all began to change in early 2015 when I believe that God began to open my spiritual eyes and ears.

It was around January 2011 while going through my third divorce that this scripture began to really resonate with me.

So much so that I registered the domain name John1224.com on Saturday January 29th, 2011 and I have used it for my personal email ever since.
